Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client requirements, analyze, and devise cloud system architecture and solutions according to specifications.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers and services in the cloud environment.
• Set up, configure, and oversee cloud services, such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP services and components.
• Configure and manage all aspects of Oracle Cloud while optimizing configurations for enhanced performance and security.
• Install and configure Microsoft Exchange Servers.
• Perform email migrations from various systems to Office, including Exchange on-premises and Gmail/Google Workspace.
• Resolve issues related to cloud servers and clients’ computing devices, including Intune.
• Possess expertise in email and file server migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Manage and provide support for Office platform services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Efficiently manage and optimize licensing requirements for Office and other cloud services for each client.
• Address tickets/incidents related to cloud services escalated by the L0/L1 team.
• Execute tasks and assignments assigned by the Cloud Lead or senior management.
• Collaborate with Microsoft for support and inquiries.
• Monitor cloud server and service performance by analyzing logs and addressing performance issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize performance and capacity to ensure operations within established parameters.
• Optimize cloud hardware specifications to enhance performance and security.
• Implement capacity planning, storage management, and database performance measures for cloud services.
• Identify and resolve cloud infrastructure-related issues in areas such as virtual hardware, software, networking, and system problems.
• Ensure timely hardware and software upgrades with client approval.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the system environment and devices.
• Maintain detailed documentation for cloud services and their configuration.

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
